Also, I just started my first ever twitter page! I'm completely new to Twitter and I don't completely understand the hashtags and such. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Do you use twitter? The Back to School Picnic is tomorrow. I get to see all my new little guys for a relaxing BBQ tomorrow. It's a nice way to ease into the first day of school on Monday. It also lets me get to know the parents and introduce the kids to each other before we're in a classroom together all day.
I was new to twitter this year too! My biggest recommendation is - hootsuite - it made me actually like twitter! Hootsuite manages your social networks - one my techy friends told me about it! I think it keeps everything way more organized and easy to understand. Plus it shrinks your links (so you can type more into your message) and schedule tweets! There are iPad/iPhone apps too.
